THE PROBLEM
Recall belongs to no one.
Treatments run on biological clocks. A neuromodulator wears off at roughly 90 days, so patients return three to four times a year. Filler lasts 6–12 months. Laser hair removal takes a series of 6–8 sessions spaced weeks apart. When nobody contacts a patient at her wear-off window, she does not wait — she books with whoever ranks first on Google.
